I know you have several things juggling in the air. Even though I found the MCOC accounts for the Week 9 competition I had not seen the expected link to submit our duel captures which has normally been listed here for the community to submit their votes.

For a couple weeks now it’s only stickied under specific forum subs rather than recent discussions.

It's still “Stickied” under main Discussions page, seen it there for a day and a half (as usual).
In the top 3-wide section (maybe 4-wide on the extra wide ratio devices) of Admin Posts, before player posts.
