Petrify Debuff

Is anybody else having issues with the petrify debuff? I've been trying to get past that Domino on the boss rush event using void and iw cap and none of them reverse the healing or stop it at all, I placed four petrifies on her ass with iw cap, nothing; three with void and still nothing she just keeps going lol
