5* Awakening Tech

opened a 5* Awakening Tech....who should I use it on?
A 5* rank 4 Doc Oc or a 5* rank 3 Ghost...and why?
The other choices would be Sentinel and Ultron but I figured it really comes down to Doc vs Ghost.

Ghost.

Then focus on Sentinel. Very underrated. Double immune and great tool kit. Doesn't really need the dupe but it helps build charges faster. Great damage over time, healblock, regen (in longer fights), and very tanky when built up.

Sentinel is an awesome awaken target. As SettlersofCatan said he is an underrated champion. On the other hand ghost is probably one of the most versatile chars in the game, insane damage and with so few weaknesses that pretty much makes this a no brainer for me.

Sentinel if you're going after variant 3. Otherwise learn ghost and once you do, she is worth it. She also benefits greatly from wasp and or antman synergy

I would go with Ghost, but if you go with Sentinel, here is why:
Great counter for Mutants: Double Immunities (Domino, AA, OML)
Armour Break (Emma Frost, Colossus)
Armour (Havok)
Heal Block (Wolverine, MS, Sabretooth)
Incinerates (not many mutants are immune)
He also has class advantage and a good regen if you use 2 sp3's.
