I just realized that this upcoming buff is being used as leverage to keep players hanging around. Ohh the buff will be coming soon. Possibly in August. Nope. Possibly in the september. Ohh wait no. Looks like there's a delay. Alright here comes October. Ohh wait, not ready. Sometime in the fall. Fall comes to a close. Ohh wait didn't say 2019 fall.

    They want to buff him but buffed OML and Collosus seem too good just like She Hulk so they decided to nerf them and it goes around like a circle.

    Not even close to shehulk, and his heavy chaining was nerfed. All this "buff" does is change his bleed interaction (reduce damage instead of time it's active) and makes activation of his buffs controlled by player. Colossus is changed more significantly, but oml is almost the same
