RNG of Unified Crystals to a more Controlled RNG system

I have not gotten any 5* from the Grandmaster Unified Crystals.
I really wish they change this RNG system, to a more controlled RNG system.
For example like for every 10th 3*, u Will get a 4* , and for every 10th 4*, u Will get a 5*.

    That's not RNG.

    That's the exact opposite of RNG.

    And... we already have that in the game.

    Every 37th dupe you pull you get a champion of the next star tier.

    Your not alone I’ve only pulled 3* from either crystals it’s a total joke when you see other alliance members and friends pulling 5* 4* which is good for them but puts you int perspective on should you carry on with such a bad rng

    Then that would be a PNG (or SNG) system. “Predetermined (or Specific) Number Generator”.
    Instead of a “Random Number Generator”.

    I have seen this in action in random abilities in other game ... Dormammu's degen actually also works on the same principle.

    yea, still better than pure RNG...which can mean 10000 opening without a 5*!

    as there's some form of "Randomness" in the 1st phase until Predetermined in the 2nd phase?
