Ranking help for act 4/5

I am trying to finish 4.3 and 4.4, I have enough to rank up someone to help, but I'm confused as to which one. I know I can use vision, wolvie, and a few more. What is your suggestion?

    A synergized squad of max sig and a 30% to attack and defense...pick who is most awakened, has synergies with a good team and who you are good with and enjoy playing. There is no specific team! I did it with Thor, Hulk, juggs, Sw, and AA and occassionally BW.
