Change email for forum account as well as where my newsletter goes

Hey there,
Can anyone please tell me if there is any way that I can have my email of both my forum account as well as where my newsletter goes changed as the account which is linked right now had to be returned back to the company where I worked when I resigned from the job.

@Lvernon15 already did about 3 days ago, no reply yet, so was forced to ask for opinion here

I think kabam have to change the email on themselves, I don’t think you can manually, also if kabam respond they’ll likely just say contact support here or something
