Unit store not working?

I am unable to see any unit offers, I’ve restarted the game and everything but it still shows nothing. Anyone else with that problem?

It's a bug. I have to logout and login with google account to able to see.

I can never see offers. It worked earlier when I lived on the US, but in China it doesn't work.
