Ghost or Venom rank up

Who should I take to Rank 5, Ghost or Venom. Both are unduped. I really need a cosmic champ on my team, but Venom has a lower rating than Ghost.

If you have her synergy team, do Ghost. If you don't, do Venom. Venoms a bloody beast
