Can I become uncollected or should I try and complete master monthly quest

Average skill player with that roster should be able to 100% master. Having said that... do Heroic first and stockpile some health pots and get some rank up materials (particularly from the solo objectives). This month is made for rank ups.

If you can do master 100% you should be able to do uncollected. Do master first. It really is underestimated how finishing act4 100% before going into act 5 is a good idea for the average player.

Do 100% Master this month, save around a 1000 units and go for it. I think of myself as a pretty garbage player and managed to get Uncollected with a worse roster than that.
