Account and email compromised

Guys my sons account has been hacked and his email has too. I’ve sent 3 tickets to Kabam now to request a password change and because we can’t remember things in perfect detail ie account creation date etc they just keep fobbing us off. My son is logged into the account so can give them all the details they need about the account including the current password. My only fear is whoever has hacked the account and the email address we used to set it up will one day change the password themselves and we’ve lost an account my son has put 3 years worth of effort into

    We cannot help here on the forums with this, I'm really sorry to hear this is happening but this is all account specific matters we don't have access to. You will need to stay in touch with Support.
