Log in details

So....I can't remember my log in details...I don't want to loose my account as it's taken a lot of hard work and time to get here and my fear is that when I change my phone (soon) I won't be able to get back in. My son has a similar problem with his iPad . Is there anyway while I am logged in (which obviously at the min happens automatically while on my old device) to find my log in details for when devices change ?

I recently changed devices and I’m pretty sure the account was already set for me when I entered the game on the new iPhone
I guess it gets saved by the iD Apple, probably
