Spry/gassed node STILL bugged

I'm currently doing Variant 1 2.3 where the boss Ultron drone has the spry and gassed nodes. Using Claire Voyant and only parrying and landing a heavy I have yet to be evaded but I'm still having the fatigue debuff placed on me preventing any crits, draining my power and killing me if I attack. Since I'm not being evaded and thus not noticing the debuff right away I'm obviously dying when I shouldn't. How long are these bugs just going to be left to cost players items/money while things like Shulk are rushed to be changed?

Read the drone abilities. He places a fatigue debuff on you without evading

If you are only doing parry heavy how are you not seeing the debuff placed on you, that is plenty of time
