Lost Kabam Account ID

Tried multiple times to contact Kabam support over account issue. I upgraded phones this week and tried to log in but forgot the user ID/email for Kabam. Support asks very specific questions regarding "The first 2 purchases (I share the googleplay account with my son who started playing before me, The email linked with the account (WHAT I'M TRYING TO RETRIEVE). Round and round I go with them. 4 tickets and every time I reply I get a different rep response. Mia, Rouge, Kamyla.

Why is it so difficult to get a user id?
Any suggestions?

    Its not hard to get a user id. Keeping ppl from being able to steal accounts should be difficult. I understand that can make it frustrating if u need to retrieve your account, but u r the one who either didnt record your info or lost it. Id rather the game make it difficult for ppl to gain access to someones account.
