Getting Countered by Domino Immediately After Ending Combo Before Being Able to do Anything

While this is not a regular occurrence, I have run into this issue periodically, and it usually results in getting combo-ed into oblivion. This particular incident was against an AW boss and cost us a death. It’s the first time I’ve been able to get it on video, although I can’t post it here so hopefully the screenshots suffice. Keep in mind the 4 of these take place over the course of 1 second, as you can see by the fight timer.
I ended a MLLM combo and you can see she is already launching into an attack before Corvus even brings his arm back from the hit. I didn’t have time to dash back or even get a block up. She is already hitting you before you can physically do anything. I normally handle that fight without much issue, but not when this happens..
