Do arena and quests to build up your Units (don’t spend Units on hero crystals).
First focus should be unlocking Greater Precision and Greater Cruelty (and put a lot of points into both of them). Just 1 in Lesser versions of them. Take all your excess points out of basic first 2 nodes each of Attack and Health.
