Banned

Ive been playing this game for years and have spent a huge amount of money. When I woke up today my account said I was banned because of a violation of the agreement terms. I’ve never done anythjng wrong or to cheat what so ever and can’t even get a reasonable response from kabam. Anybody else having this problem?
