Mysterio doesn’t heal back recoil dmg taken when he uses his s1 even though recoil triggers once the timer starts? Description says reflects all dmg taken and heals it back. Can you clarify if this is a bug pls

I think he can't regain damage taken from recoil, only when he is attacked normally.
