Description of the Issue: I've tried multiple times to open the game over the last couple of days and I get completely stuck on the splash page with the 2 Guillotines. "Loading" appears in the bottom right and the wheel next to it spins, but literally nothing else happens. My phone has been trying to open the game for 10 minutes. I've deleted and reinstalled. That doesn't work either. What the heck.
