Duping Punisher from Arena crystal not giving shards

When you duplicate a 4* Punisher from an arena crystal, are you supposed to get 5* shards?

Do you get a max sig crystal once it’s full sig and you dup him again?

Nope. At most you get a tiny amount of gold. Maybe not even that.

All you get is trash.
