Robots aren’t immune to reverse controls unless it’s the node called delirium

While stunned, Mordo will evade the next attack throw at him, unless you somehow can counter it.
Wasp can't do it, judging by the wording and abilities. If she is somehow able to do it then it's bug

If wasp isn’t activating the passive stun it may be due to that ability failing because of the node which decreases your ability accuracy based on the number of dead teammates “Strength in Numbers”. It’s also possible your timing is off.
