Adjusting weather powers just like Human Torch heats up. The higher the meter gets the worse her weather gets. Goes from let's say clear, to raining, to thunderstorm to tornado or something like that. Let's say the higher the meter the more the ability accuracy is lowered. Could be other things though like passive damage.

how is this an easy fix? what you are suggesting is a complete revamp of her mechanics..not saying its a bad idea but definitely not a easy fix or tweak
