Kabam told me theyd give me back an account that was hacked over a year ago then they lied

My account was hacked over a year ago after over a hundred emails they decided my info wasenough to get it back they lied and came up with an excuse does anyone have advice i have emails of them telling me they would allow me to use my account i have so much on this account im confused advice is appreciated thank you
