She can only be useful in Mutant synergy teams, for Questing. Not the worst pull, but far from the best. It could have been worse...

Also, putting her on a team with OG Black Panther gives your team +13% Power Gain

It may be useful at some point
(She also has synergies with Cap IW and Corvus, that can enhance her special damage quite substantially)

There is also a CapIW synergy for her that is great, when paired with other Mutants too.

I got cull as my first 6*, I've 8k shards now, 2k for my second one. Totally happy about champions balancing pause

Storm isn't that bad. Early game she was useful to me and sure, her special damage is better duped but her sp2 still hits hard

I have a 6 star storm, without the dupe her speicals arent good at all. I think 8k on the sp1 and maybe 15k on the sp2 when both are critting without suicides? Only use her in arena.

Relative to what, her basic attacks? I have a sig 20 6* Storm and I wanted to test out her specials to try and find a silver lining. I took her against ROL WS (so she had a class advantage/attack bonus) and even when WS was a tick away from L3 she still only did 20k damage with her L2 on a crit. And that’s maximizing her damage potential. You would never want their power to be that high when using your L2 unless you knew it would KO them because it would instantly push them to L3. 20k damage with an L2 with best case scenarios is awful I’m sorry to say. And outside of that she has zero utility. Stun? Big deal. Shock? Not that much damage. Shock resistance? Up to 60% based on power. So at full power she has a 60% resistance which is terrible for two reasons:

1. You have to build power for the resistance which is difficult to do fast.

2. It would require you to gain and keep her power. Her specials are the only thing possibly going for her so holding power is the worst thing you could do with her.

I’m sorry you pulled her OP and I’m sorry to anyone else that pulls her. She may have been great year 1 but she is completely and severely outdated. Hopefully you get better luck next time.

Not too much use, but like others said, she is good for the Corvus and Cap synergy. Better when awakened, but not good.
