Cut off date for Oct Legends Run

Anyone know the date that you need to complete a legends run? Also I’m assuming the typical 3:15ish is the time to beat?

Those attempting Legends runs will have until 10 AM PST on October 16th to 100% explore both Heroic and Master difficulties.
