5-Star Daily Deals (Hero/Villain) Not Showing

I'm Cavalier on my Main Account and Uncollected on my other and though I received the in game message stating that the new Offers today for either a Hero or Villain 5-Star were for anyone Conquerer or above, they are not showing even after hard restarting the game.

This a bug?
