Lost Tier 5 in AW

Our alliance finished season 12 in Tier 5 and as you can see we didn‘t earn any points after next 2 wars. Yesterday we started in Tier 6!!!!!! with multiplier 4!!!! Also we weren‘t able to choose a buf.
We lost the 3rd war and now we are in Tier 6 with multiplier 3.4.
Please could you check what happened?
