Diverse dna crystal?

Ummm anyone know why this crystal has Ms. Marvel (both) as potential drops but at the bottom it says it doesn't include Ms. Marvel? Does it mean she isn't in there at all? Or only as a 3 or 4? What exactly does the disclaimer mean?

It includes both CAPTAIN Marvels

But, CM(Classic) is not available as a 2*
That’s just it. She’s still there as a 3 and 4*, but you can’t pull her as a 2* champ.
Captain Marvel Movie, on the other hand is available as 2, 3 and 4*

The grandmaster says 5* ...Ms Marvel... not included. It literally says what is missing from it.
