Pretty Funny, Still taking Plasma Build-Up from Havok using IM-IW

Soooo.... I'm sure you guys know about this bug. Is it hard to fix? Must be.

It’s not a bug, imiw does not have armor buffs, but armor passives which are different

Hmm, it was my understanding that armor passives were also supposed to prevent plasma burst dmg. It doesn't?
