What champions can drain or control power in one or other way?

Hawkeye
Omeg Red
Vision
Ghost Rider
Void
Human Torch
Psyloke
Gwenpool
Winter Soldier
Rouge

    SL can powerdrain with his SP2. Spidergwen can power lock. OH and SW can power lock/drain.
