Cull Obsidian's True Accuracy

So I was fighting in AW against a 4* Awakened Iron Man IW, with my Cull Obsidian who after 5 charges can negate Evade and Auto Block. I had 6 charges when I fought Iron Man, but I still got autoblocked. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    if thanos' favor or rout wasn't active, you don't get the true accuracy. this is why you slap your enemy silly while the favors are active and maximize rout (and the cooldown if duped. ) no bug.
    Thanos's favour was active, that's what got me more surprised. I was destroying his armour with the armour break and then suddenly Iron Man got 10 armour up buffs and he destroyed me with the power gain.
