Hyperion incinerate

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was just farming health potions in ROL with Hyperion. I made it to Wolverine and noticed that having a bunch of incinerates no longer negates his regeneration. Wonder if this is a fix to something never intended or a new bug?

    maybe you speced out of dispair?

    do you have the despair mastery unlocked?
