Active player LF an AQ focused alliance

I am an active player and I have been playing for about 14 months. Looking to keep growing my account. I have been doing AQ 44333 with my last alliance. My base hero rating is at 419 616 and prestige is at 5198. I am not a big fan of AW but I can participate if needed.
I am looking for a no donation alliance that 100% AQ maps the majority of the time, also that can get to 500k+ in SA and can complete the 3 day/24hr alliance events.
