Anyone else getting annoyed by Mephisto's unannounced added abilities?

I'm doing the monthly quest on uncollected and noticing the final boss has a lot of abilities that aren't being announced in the node nor his abilities. He'll randomly invert your controls, be unblockable and unevadable without any text saying it.

What? Please post screenshots or a video if possible, I have experienced none of these and haven't heard anything about it.

I have not seen any of this. Sounds like an issue with your device.

Are you sure when he inverts your controls that your phone isnt upside down.
