I guess changes at this point is unlikely but I remember a recent deal had a loophole where someone that's uncollected could purchase the deals and then get cavalier and purchase those deals as well. I remember thinking at the time I wish i could also get both offers.

It would be nice if all deals were available for the player's current tier and lower. it is unlikely i will purchase more than what's available at the cavalier level but having lower tiered deals also available who is to say I wouldn't until I see them.

Sometimes I purchase the lower tiered monthly deals so it is possible.
