Guillotine 2099, more powerful than a max sig Aegon/Namor?

I’m sensing she could actually be more powerful than Aegon and Namor if you can build the combos.

Inflicts bleed, bleed and poison immune, some good regen, cloak mode, even power control.

I hope I can get the 5* or 6* version.
