Alliance war 12 rewards

I have not got any alliance war season 12 rewards. Are they not out yet or I have missed some qualification criteria?

they were out 2 weeks ago you must have not played 5 wars so yeah thats why you didn't get the rewards

Is it 5 wars with the same alliance or different alliances count?

5 wars with the same alliance without leaving and coming back. So if you did 3, left or got kicked then came back and did 2, it would not count

And had to have stayed in that last alliance that you had 5 wars in thru the time that rewards get sent out. (which was over 2 weeks ago).

Also, wonder if maybe some people who ask weeks after they should have been out, if maybe they had not logged into game since that time. And so end up waiting too long (like 2 weeks later when new season starts) before logging back into game again, in which the Mail rewards would have potentially EXPIRED from their unclaimed STASH (I think AQ/AW rewards maybe expire in just 7 or 14 days after being sent ??)
