Iceman ice armor dropped right before sp3, Why?

AQ map 5 hype, why iceman dropped his armor right before sp3 why? Is it a bug , of all the armor up of the whole fight he had to drop it there.

    Well clearly you didn't read iceman's abilities enough. When iceman uses sp2 while he has ice armor, the sp2 consumes the ice armor to inflict more damage.

    Looks like you threw an L2, which will consume his ice armor

    Hey AAMAXIMUS01, as others have correctly stated, using a Special 2 will cause this to happen. This is also detailed in Iceman's Champion Spotlight, which you can read HERE.
