Game freezes when entering alliance mode

Today, when I click alliance tab or go to alliance war, the game is stuck forever at the meteor screen. It had no problem yesterday at all.
It happened once in a while before too but it went back to normal after 20 to 30 secs. Now it just freezes eternally and doesn't let me do anything.
