Either the Description or the Function of the Dexterity Mastery Should be Changed to Match the Other

It took me until the node combo of destructive feedback and buffet in 6.2.4 to ever encounter this mechanic of dexterity, but as I’m fighting I noticed that the opponent would sometimes regen when I hit him, despite me not activating any new buffs. I could not figure out why until an alliance mate informed me that “dex triggers twice”. Turns out, I was playing keep away for so long while the destructive feedback shield was up that my same crit buff was active when the buffet timer was off of cool-down again. I would then attack into him, and he regens.
This didn’t make sense to me as I was always under the impression that the crit buff from dex-ing was singular. After rereading the mastery description, the wording supports how I believed it to function. “grants a (+250) critical rating buff that lingers for (0.2) seconds after your next hit.”
There is no mention of a 2 part/ 2nd buff triggering after hitting the opponent. That reads as, dex-ing grants a crit buff that is permanent until you hit the opponent, at which point it starts an expiration timer for that SAME buff. The use of “lingers” also implying it is a singular buff.
Maybe the functionality of this was disclosed at one point and I missed it, but I don’t know how anyone would derive that based upon the description. Either the mastery description or the mechanics of dexterity should be changed to reflect this.

If it was then I missed it
I personally hate it's interaction with burden of might
I already know they described the change
