Purchases no longer available. Please contact support???

I got this message in the unit store. I opened a ticket with customer support and they just close the case and link me the information supplied under the FAQ, but that information didn’t help and redirected me to customer support. How can I make purchases and fix this? Who do I contact to look into this and just not close the case? I want to be able to make purchases. I don’t share my account at all and make all my purchases through the App Store no third party used whatsoever.
