Stealth Suit Spidey’s basic arena

Obviously - I’m just curious to when Stealth Suit Spidey is the basic hero in arena. I have a 4* skill gem, and I’ve heard he’s a beast, awakened or not. whether it true or not, he’d still be pretty cool to have.

    It should be January, 4* basic happens 6 months after featured
