PHC - AKA 2* crytsals

There are so many champs now in the PHCs it seems impossible to get 4* champs. Is there anything being done to increase the drop rate for 3 and 4* champs or should we continue to consider PHCs as 2* crystals?

    Yes continue to consider premiums as 2 star crystals. You can always do what I do though. Save it up and open 10 at a time. I'm usually lucky enough to get at least one 3 or 4 star by doing that.

    Extensive data of over 2500 PHC got by players suggest the drop rates of 3* is around 8-9%, and the 4* one is around 1.1%. Odds are not extremely accurate but gives you a good understanding on how bad the odds are. Don't buy PHC with units

    We only get 2 star ones until you reach around level 17 and 18 it's just gets u excited for nothing
