Champion 6.2.6 bugged?

In the past 48 hours champion is getting unstoppable mechanics even with a stagger applied. Previous attempts if a stagger was applied he wouldn’t gain any unstoppable mechanics when primal fury would activate. Now even with stagger applied he’s going unstoppable for half a second when I’m mid combo. If this is a bug please fix. If it’s intended y’all are dirty

do you have a video of this? You will see the buff on the champion for a brief time before the stagger nullifies.
