In game purchase

My son purchased this earlier from the unit store

Kabams FAQ didn't really shed any light on the subject...

This was over 2 hours ago and he hasn't received the purchase. The option to buy it has now disappeared from his unit store which I assume means its gone through.

Is it normal for it to take this long to receive it or had something gone wrong ?

When I purchased it I got the in game emails with prizes pretty quickly afterwards. Maybe restart the game?

He's level 50 and had tried restarting the game a few times

Hmm, definitely send in a support ticket then as that doesn't sound right.
