Releasing special while hitting on the block

When is this issue going to be resolved. How many more revives I must use until KABAM fix this issue.
I'm fighting Kang in variant 3 chapter 3.2 with sentinal and he is releasing specials like crazy.
This also happens a lot when I'm fighting with omega red.
