Weird Screen?

Whenever I start up the game, it loads PERFECTLY fine. No lag, nothing. I got my account back from about 2 years ago and put it into the game so I had all my stuff. If I start a new account, everything loads fine. I can load everything on bottom screen such as where the chat is, I can also see crystals and champions. I get stuck on the background screen if i try to load anything else though, the whole purple orbs and such. its real annoying how I can't actually play the game but I can look at my stuff. I also don't wanna start a new one because I spent money on this game on that account. Please help..
