Does archangel have to be duped to to stop wolverine healing in rol i beat it already but now i cant get pass wolvie when im farming anyone else has that problem

If by stop you mean prevent it from coming up, then yes, you need the AAR. That being said the poisons you put on him (not the neurotoxin) should lower its amount, and all of them, the bleed, neurotoxin and poison should reduce it with dispair trained.

I had 6 nero 3 poison 4 bleed on him and he still heals did they nerf aa

Is your AA duped? You keep saying "still", we dont know if you mean the heal is going on him, or it is actually healing. If you dont have dispair or duped then the neuro will do nothing, only the poisons, which will not prevent him from healing.

He doesn’t heal block properly without the dupe, that allows each neurotoxin to act as a heal block, but despair and poisons can mitigate healing
