Sigil Issue?

Today the black iso store was supposed to reset ie 2k 4 star shards for 1k 5 star shards and the feature 5 star. The timer reset to reset next week but I haven't gotten anything yet. Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi Capn wouldn't the timer be roughly 14 days instead of counting down 7 days then resetting again to another 7 days?

    The timer is 14 days, you probably just joined with 7 days remaining. It's on it's own schedule, it doesn't start from the time you join and/or purchase.

    There are different timers for individual items. Some reset every 7, others every 14. The store reset last week so unless it says 14 days today then it’s on time. It’s regularly confusing people.
