Ok so i wasnt playing the game for a while and found out someone else was playing it through my profile. I wrote to Kabam and they said my profile is suspended due to violating the Terms of Service.
I have no idea what happened but my question is how can i get the information for how long my account is suspended? As Kabam clearly isnt replying. Everything is automated response

    they wont help on the forum, they will only help via support tickets unfortunately

    damn! is there a way i can get to a real person who can help me and answer me and not that motorised response we all get when we write to the support?
